Lauren Luna-Valdez, MPH-MCP

Lauren Luna-Valdez, MPH-MCP is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a rich history of professional experiences.

She holds a Master of City Planning (MCP) degree with a focus on Housing, Community, and Economic Development, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health and Social Behavior, both from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the same university and pursued studies at IDEO, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and multidisciplinary approaches.

Lauren has lent her expertise to various organizations, having served in key roles such as Founder at Win a Fulbright, Co-Founder at Forte Labs, Equity Impact Storyteller at the Public Health Alliance of Southern California at the Public Health Institute, SPARCC Program Officer at the Low Income Investment Fund, and Health Policy Associate at The Greenlining Institute. She has also contributed as a Summer Associate, Graduate Student Instructor, Program Manager, Program Coordinator, and Program Assistant in different capacities.

Her professional journey includes diverse experiences such as being a Wilmington Health Correspondent at KQED, Producer at Live! From the Future...
