Lauren LeMunyan, MCC is a renowned leadership development expert, author, and founder of Spitfire Coach, an organization that helps global leaders from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups develop their leadership potential. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Lauren is a PCC ICF-accredited coach with more than 2,000 hours of coaching experience.
Before taking up coaching, Lauren served as Executive Director of three global trade associations. She holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from Rutgers University and is also an iPEC Certified Coach, ICF Mentor Coach, MBTI Certified Practitioner, and Resentment Release Master Practitioner.
At Spitfire Coach, Lauren focuses on helping incoming and existing leaders enhance their leadership voice, develop necessary skills for evolving environments, and build leadership pipelines for tomorrow. In addition, Lauren has authored two books, one titled “Spitting Fire: Your Guide to Reignite Your Passion at Home, Work and Beyond,” and another titled "The ABCs of Awesome Living."
