Lauren Kuntz

Lauren Kuntz is a climate scientist, energy enthusiast, and dreamer with a diverse background in academia and industry.

Lauren holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and was part of the S19 Batch at Y Combinator with Gaiascope Inc.

She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Gaiascope, Inc., where her passion for climate science and energy is realized. Prior to this role, Lauren was the founder of gReenvision Energy and had experience as a NOAA Climate and Global Change Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Lauren has a rich educational background having also served as a Freshman Proctor at Harvard University, a Mechanical Engineering Intern at 5 Wits Productions, and completed research internships at Microsoft, Fraunhofer IGD, and C12 Energy.

Her expertise lies in climate science, energy technologies, and planetary sciences, making her a key figure in the environmental and sustainable energy fields.
