Lauren Jordan
Social Impact Business Educator, Facilitator, and Coach
Lauren Jordan is the Senior Manager and Facilitator for the REDF Accelerator, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring a cohesive, equitable, and enjoyable experience for leaders of employment social enterprises participating in the program. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Accelerator's operations and supporting social entrepreneurs in their journey to create positive community impacts.
Jordan has a strong background in education and social entrepreneurship. Prior to her role at REDF, she taught youth social entrepreneurs at LearnServe International and coached education entrepreneurs at 4.0. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Michigan, a master's degree in higher education and student affairs from New York University, and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Outside of her professional commitments, Lauren enjoys reading, writing, improv comedy, playing board games, and traveling.123
