Lauren Humphrey

Lauren Humphrey is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tandem, a company dedicated to enhancing organizational performance through continuous feedback. With a background in psychology and pre-medical studies, she has accumulated extensive experience in customer experience, operations, product marketing, and government affairs.12

Before founding Tandem, Lauren held significant roles in other startups, including being part of the executive team at Brightwheel and leading the commercialization of health insurance at Gusto. Her work has focused on building high-performing teams across various functions such as Sales, Onboarding, Support, Operations, and Customer Success.24

Lauren's educational background includes studying organizational psychology at Harvard University, which informs her approach to leadership and team dynamics.23 Originally from the United States, she relocated to Sydney, Australia in early 2021 with her family. In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys ocean swimming and reading.23
