Lauren Goodsi

Lauren Goodsi is a dedicated hiker with a strong penchant for organization and a deep love for traveling. She is deeply passionate about human development and strongly believes in the transformative power of relationships. Lauren's advocacy journey began in elementary school and carried on throughout her college years, eventually leading her to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice from CSU Bakersfield.

Her impact in the non-profit sector was profound as she played a crucial role in establishing a cutting-edge 75,000 square foot recreation facility at the CSU Bakersfield campus. During her six-year tenure, Lauren excelled in managing policies, procedures, and staff development at the organization.

Driven by a desire for new challenges, Lauren transitioned into the manufacturing industry as a project manager after spending a significant portion of her career in the non-profit realm. In this role, alongside a dedicated team, she successfully developed a product from inception, brought it to market, and secured a contract with Walmart Stores.

Despite her evolving interests, Lauren's core motivation remains consistent: to make meaningful contributions to causes larger than herself.
