Lucid's technology empowers global research and media measurement, blending software, professional services, analytics, and powerful integrations, Lucid is a category definer of Research Technology (ResTech).

I supported US recruiting across every business vertical at Lucid (S&M,G&A, and R&D), first as a consultant, and then as a full-time employee and Senior Manager with three direct reports. I provided coverage immediately upon joining for my Director's maternity leave, building out critical support programs of Coordinator and Sourcer functions for the entire NA recruiting team. During 2021 I personally filled 46 positions across sales, marketing, operations, HR/people, product, and engineering, and contributed to another 12 hires through referrals and sharing candidates cross-functionally to other recruiters.

In March 2022 I made the difficult decision to step away from the business to focus on personal health during a planned sabbatical.

Talentful is the leading RPO/"Recruiter as a Service" in the US and Europe. I was hired as the 8th US employee and saw the business scale to over 100 US employees during my tenure. In addition to supporting my clients, I actively built culture and processes for onboarding our recruiters, structuring assignments with clients, and supporting a fully remote team who onboarded during the height of COVID.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Fund Admin firm Standish Management as well as Lucid, a Research Technology platform, during my time at Talentful.

In addition to creating a spring season professional league with 8 new teams across the US, AAF is building an all-in-one app for fans. In Spring 2019, fans will watch games live on the device of their choice, while competing in fantasy leagues and real-time events.

It was my pleasure to consult with the Alliance through Ejento's Augmented Recruiting team. I helped build out the recruiting process from the ground up with a focus on candidate experience and diversity hiring.

Initially a member of the Contingency Recruiting team, achieving 2 RoR Engineer placements prior to transitioning to the Augmented Recruiting team.

As an AR recruiter, I acted as an embedded internal recruiter for high-growth startups in the bay area looking to make their first team hires. I partnered with the Alliance of American Football, helping grow their initial engineering & product team from 7 to 25. Following AAF, I partnered with RapidAPI to jumpstart the recruiting across product and sales.

I personally served as the main point of contact for some of the bay areas finest Venture Capital firms, and partnered with Executive Search firms around the world.

Clockwork puts everything recruiters and their clients need to run a good search project in one secure online workspace. With Clockwork, searches are faster, easier and more transparent, delighting both recruiters and their clients. 

I had the pleasure of working directly with current and potential customers, sharing my knowledge on Clockwork's features and functionality to support their search process. I helped double Clockwork's revenue and customer count during my year in the hybrid Customer Success/Sales role I occupied as Account Manager.
