Lauren Dannemiller

Lauren Dannemiller is a dedicated professional with a strong background in finance and real estate. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business. Lauren also attended Memorial High School for her earlier education.

Lauren's career has been marked by valuable experiences in various organizations. She currently serves as an Associate in Acquisitions at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc (NYSE: SRC). Previously, she held the position of Analyst in Asset Management at the same company. Before that, Lauren worked as a Project Leasing & Development Associate at Weitzman, an Associate at Worldwide Commercial, PLLC, and an Industrial Brokerage Intern at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. She also gained experience in the Commercial Brokerage Division at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty.
