Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Romspen, Lauren drives strategic initiatives to enhance stakeholder narratives and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Previously, Lauren honed her skills at Deloitte, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Investor Relations and Strategic Communications practice. Her experience involved working with a broad spectrum of clients across different industries and regions, focusing on developing and implementing effective communication strategies that aligned with business objectives and ESG commitments.

Prior to her tenure at Deloitte, Lauren held positions at prominent financial firms like Waratah Capital Advisors and a leading lower middle-market asset manager in New York City. Her responsibilities included managing investor relations activities, fundraising efforts, and organizing marketing events.

In addition to her corporate roles, Lauren has actively contributed to industry organizations, serving as the Co-Chair of the CAASA Young Professionals Committee, a member of the Programming & Events Committee for AIMA, and part of 100 Women in Finance.

Lauren's academic background includes a Masters of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario. She also studied abroad during high school at MEI International Academy, further expanding her global perspective.
