Lauren Blachman

Lauren Blachman is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of psychology, business, and human resources. She pursued a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Business, and History at Washington University in St. Louis and furthered her education by studying for a Masters in Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Lauren is the Owner of Kaufman Blachman Consulting, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities. Prior to this role, she held various Vice President positions at esteemed organizations such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bankers Trust New York Corporation, where she excelled in areas such as planning and quality management, human resources, and campus recruiting.
