Lauren Baranco

Lauren Baranco is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in public administration and policy analysis. She pursued a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Columbia University. Lauren's academic journey began at Bishop O'Dowd High School and later continued at Head-Royce School.

Throughout her career, Lauren has held key roles in various reputable organizations. She previously served as the Local Policy Coordinator at the Health Equity Policy & Planning Unit within the Alameda County Department of Public Health. Additionally, she worked as a Program Specialist at the Department of Children and Family Services, a Program Associate at the New Beginnings Program, and a Program Assistant at EveryOne Home, all within Alameda County. Lauren also gained experience as a Planning Intern at the Association of Bay Area Governments.

Moreover, Lauren Baranco's professional journey included impactful positions in the political arena. She served as the Chief of Staff and later as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the New York State Assembly-Office of Member Karim Camara. Furthermore, Lauren's experience extends to campaign management, where she excelled as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Karim Camara for NYS Assembly campaign. She also had the privilege of being a Guggenheim Summer Intern at Citizens for NYC, where she further honed her skills and expertise.
