Lauren Anne Cove, M.Ed. is a higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, social justice education, and fraternity and sorority life.4 She currently serves as a Senior Leadership & Employee Experience Specialist at Southwest Airlines, a position she has held for about a year.2
Prior to her current role, Lauren worked at Southern Methodist University (SMU) as a Residential Community Director for Armstrong Commons.1 In this position, she was responsible for building relationships with students, creating a sense of community within the residence hall and across campus, and assisting with administrative operations.3
