Laurel Woerner is a seasoned startup programs consultant with extensive experience supporting entrepreneurs. With a degree in International Relations and Environmental Studies from Tufts University, Laurel studied Marine Resource Management and Spanish History and Culture during two semesters abroad. Her mission is to help founders get from zero to one hundred with a set of resources and frameworks that she's developed through her experience in different roles.
Formerly a Director of Platform and a Platform Manager at RRE Ventures, Laurel also served as a Communications Manager at x.ai and an Associate Communications Manager there earlier in her career. She worked as a Community Associate and Community Coordinator at Work-Bench and as a Program Assistant at The Welcome Project. Besides, she also interned at O'neill Sea Odyssey.
Laurel's experience provides her with a unique perspective on the challenges that teams face when scaling a business. She has developed pattern recognition and strategy frameworks to support founders in telling their story, finding funding, building a team, and making things happen. Laurel loves the challenge of creating something new.
