Laura Caldwell Zaugg

Laura Zaugg is an experienced trainer, administrator, teacher, and leader in the independent school administration field. With a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Education Leadership focus from Southern New Hampshire University, she has a demonstrated history in areas such as public speaking, family associations, community outreach, instructional design, curriculum design, and educational technology. Laura has a passion for helping others learn relevant concepts to improve their work and loves to collaborate with passionate educators toward strengthening independent school communities. She has worked as an Operations Manager + School Administrator at Spectrum Dance Theater, a Humanities Teacher at Lake Washington Girls Middle School, and an Administrator and History Teacher at University Prep. Additionally, Laura coaches at Recreational and Premier Soccer Clubs. She is skilled in data-driven reporting, building community, communicating with diverse constituents, student-centered work, volunteer management, nonprofit organizations, problem-solving, and supporting strategic goals for advancement.
