Laura Tejada is a professional specializing in helping leaders and their teams develop sustainable performance and wellbeing strategies through blended training and coaching in the tech scale-up world.
With a background in tech scale-ups, Laura identified common challenges such as burned-out leaders, poor communication, Imposter Syndrome, and disengaged teams after periods of rapid growth.
To address these issues, Laura partnered with Louise Ansell at Sky Bounders to create The Fuel Programme for Exceptional Leadership and The Fuel Programme for Ultimate Wellbeing and Performance, focusing on mindset, stress mastery, and physiological performance strategies.
In addition to coaching and training, Laura also works in People Strategy with companies going through growth or transformation, offering services in talent attraction strategies, employee engagement sessions, HR policy simplification, and creating positive cultures.
Laura's educational background includes Microsoft Certifications, a Digital Marketing Diploma from Shaw Academy, Prince2 Project Management from Udemy Alumni, and teaching qualifications from University Centre South Devon.
She has held various roles in organizations such as Head of Employee Experience and People Strategy at DirectID, Performance and Leadership Trainer at Sky Bounders, and Global Head of Talent at HUMN.ai.
In her former roles, Laura has experience in recruitment, talent consulting, startup community building, branding strategies, and mentoring.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys reading, biohacking, long distance skating, paddle boarding, climbing, and traveling in a camper.
