Laura Schmidt

Laura Schmidt is an accomplished Graphic Designer and Art Director with a vast experience in the marketing and advertising industry. She is skilled in traditional advertising and digital marketing, with strong arts and design professional. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Art from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Throughout her career, Laura has held several positions, including Graphic Designer at Parachute Home, Freelance Art Director at Various, Junior Graphic Designer at Parachute Home, Junior Art Director at Olson, and Creative Lead at Ad2 Student Advertising Summit Committee, among others. She has also worked as an Art Direction Intern at BBDO Minneapolis and The Lacek Group, and as an Art Director at The Minnesota Daily. Her strong leadership skills and creative direction have been evident during her roles as president of National Student Advertising Competition and treasurer of the University of Minnesota Advertising Club.
