Laura Reitel is an experienced professional with a strong passion for assisting early-stage startups in achieving their full potential. Having managed two successful accelerator programs at TechStars in Boulder and collaborated with numerous others in the Global Accelerator Network, she is dedicated to providing mentorship to individuals for professional growth.

Laura's background includes roles as an HR manager and lawyer, but her true calling lies in the startup ecosystem. She has organized boot-camp weekends in Europe and Africa, showcasing her commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent on a global scale.

Her academic journey encompasses studies in law, political science, international relations, and diplomacy, showcasing a diverse skill set and a profound understanding of various disciplines.

Laura's professional experience spans across different organizations, where she has held roles such as Investment Manager at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, Project Manager at Angel Association New Zealand, Investor at Eight Wire Limited and Cloud Cannon, and Startup Programme Manager at Callaghan Innovation, among others. Her extensive background also includes leadership positions at Creative HQ, Lightning Lab, R9 GovTech Accelerator, and Kiwibank FinTech Accelerator powered by Lightning Lab.
