Laura Paulsen is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, product management, clinical operations, and biomedical engineering.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science (MS) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.

Currently, Laura serves as the Director of Product Management at Hyalex Orthopaedics Inc., bringing her expertise to drive product strategies and innovation within the organization.

Previously, she held key roles such as Director of Business Development & Clinical at EnClear Therapies, Founder of MedTech Underground, Manager at Deloitte, and Consultant as an Independent Consultant.
