    In addition to her operational roles, Laura acts as the Sustainability Champion at the property, actively involved in promoting Zero Waste initiatives, providing team training, and managing data tracking efforts.

    With a rich background in Food and Beverage management, Laura has previously held positions at Concepts Hospitality Group, managing venues like MAV SOHO, Mulino a Vino in Meatpacking, and Raviolo in West Village where she led event programs for catering services.

    Before transitioning into hospitality, Laura traversed the globe as a model, gaining valuable insights into different cultures and establishing a deep-seated passion for hospitality, particularly in how food and wine can unify people.

    Amid the challenges of the pandemic, Laura initiated the North Brooklyn Clean Up project, a platform aimed at coordinating and facilitating local community park and street cleaning activities, with notable success in garnering volunteer and sponsor support for the cause.
