Laura Lipscomb

Laura Lipscomb is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in monetary affairs, finance, and international economics. She holds a Master of Arts in International Finance from The Johns Hopkins University. Laura has held significant roles in prestigious organizations including the Federal Reserve Board and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. At the Federal Reserve Board, she served as Assistant Director of Monetary Affairs, Chief of Monetary Policy Operations and Analysis, Chief of Monetary and Reserve Analysis, and more. During her tenure at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, she was the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Federal Finance and Senior Advisor for Financial Markets. Laura also gained valuable experience at the International Monetary Fund and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in various roles such as FX Intervention Manager, Senior Trader Analyst, and FXC Secretary.
