Laura Kashiwase

Laura Kashiwase is a dedicated professional with a strong background in executive talent management and recruitment.

She attended The Athenian School for her High School Diploma before pursuing a BA in Communication Studies at the University of Puget Sound. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) in Communication from the University of Utah.

Laura has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including her current position as the Director Of Executive Talent at Lightspeed Venture Partners. Prior to this, she served as the Manager of Executive Search at Meta and contributed her expertise in recruiting and human resources at Figma. Her journey in recruitment also includes roles such as the Recruiting Coordinator at Thumbtack and as a Recruiting Assistant and Assistant to the Managing Director at Fsg.
