Operations Associate

•	Manage all BearBuy purchasing for the department, including Blucard, vendor set-up, and reimbursements.
•	Collected and analyzed data from past project budgets and identified trends in labor hours in order to more accurately estimate labor costs for future projects.
•	Help manage tasks and due dates within the Basecamp project management system.  
•	Create and track budgets for HAAS Digital Pioneer Projects and external clients.
•	Record and manage meeting notes in all meetings.
•	Takes on additional roles helping Media Team with recording sessions and editing.

Production Coordinator

- Manage all hiring of crews, equipment, and crew schedules.
- Prep equipment for outgoing crews and reset when the project is finished.
- Coordinate with post production and broadcast departments for multi­phased jobs.
- Work closely with producers and creative leads to ensure assets and personnel are in place.
- Maintain job calendar and proactively circumvented conflicts and overlap. 
- Set up estimates and managed client needs vs. budgets.
- Facility manager of one of the largest sound stages in the Bay Area.
