Laura Handeland

Laura Handeland is a seasoned professional with a background in scaling teams, optimizing processes, and building programs to drive marketplace success.

With a BA in Political Theory and Literature/Writing from UC San Diego and an M.A. in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, Laura has a strong educational foundation.

Currently serving as the Director of Talent Curation at Terminal, Laura has held key positions such as Head of Talent Community at Triplebyte, Technical Director of Client Relations at Sourceress, and Senior Manager of Candidate Operations at Hired, Inc.

Prior to her leadership roles, Laura gained experience working as a Senior Admissions Counselor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, an Admissions Associate at St. Ignatius College Prep, and even as a Flight Attendant at United Airlines.
