Laura Freveletti

Laura Freveletti is the Chief Executive Officer of the Les Turner ALS Foundation, a role she has held since April 2023. With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, she has a strong background in nonprofit management and social impact initiatives. Before joining the Les Turner ALS Foundation, Freveletti served as a senior program officer at The Allstate Foundation, where she managed a significant national grantmaking portfolio focused on various social issues.

Her career includes notable positions at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and the Lyric Opera of Chicago, where she was involved in fundraising and program development. Additionally, she has held corporate marketing roles at companies like Kraft Heinz and LaSalle Investment Management. Freveletti's commitment to the ALS community is deeply personal; she has experienced the impact of the disease firsthand, having lost her brother-in-law to ALS, which fuels her dedication to advancing research and improving care for those affected by the condition.

Freveletti's leadership at the Les Turner ALS Foundation aims to enhance research efforts, provide compassionate care services, and advocate for policy improvements for individuals and families impacted by ALS.
