I supervise Concierge staff, drivers, resident engagement and fitness team members at our retirement community as well as create, facilitate and promote programs and events by collaborating with our resident Program & Events Committee, Health & Wellness Committee and Fitness Sub Committee as well as with individual residents.  I create monthly calendars and promote daily events through alerts and bulletins with our electronic content management system, Connected Living. I manage all financials for the Resident Life Department including staff payroll, yearly budget, budget variances, vendors, contractors and invoice payments.  As part of the leadership team at Loomis Village, I work with other directors in delivering impeccable customer service.  Recent collaborations have included a special Mardi Gras event with Dining Services and a live streamed yoga event with the Marketing Department.  As Co-Chair of the Loomis Communities Wellness Strategic Initiative, I work with our senior leadership promoting and implementing a consistent wellness/wellbeing message including education, programs, special events and community outreach for our residents across the three Loomis Communities campuses.

I was responsible for day to day operations of the fitness floor including achieving all monthly financials for PT revenue and new member integration and worked closely with senior leadership including Regional Fitness Director, Regional Operations Director, General Manager, AGM of the club and also Executive Team to ensure success of the Fitness Programs and club overall.
