Laura Brady is an accomplished executive leader with a proven track record of building management teams and enhancing workplace culture to achieve defined strategic plans. Her expertise spans several industries in small and medium-sized companies, where she has jump-started sales and improved profitability.

Brady holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studied at the prestigious Kenan-Flagler Business School. She received her BA in Economics from Trinity University. Brady currently serves as Managing Director at Royal Street Ventures, having formerly been a partner in the firm.
