Laura Magill

Laura Beth Magill is a Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility subject matter expert with a master's degree in Sustainable Development. With a background in partnering with multinational corporations, governments, and non-government organizations globally, her expertise lies in driving innovative solutions while mitigating risks to deliver positive bottom-line results. Laura has a deep understanding of ESG strategies, governance, and reporting, focusing on labor practices, working conditions, greenhouse gases, energy efficiency, water usage, raw material traceability, and chemical management. She has held various key positions including Global Head of Sustainability at Bata Group and has worked in locations like mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Her educational journey includes a B.A. from Arizona State University, an M.A. from SIT Graduate Institute, and certificates from Peking University and the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction.
