Laura Ball is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy, product management, and learning design. She kick-started her career by excelling in knowledge transfer projects at Mars. Following this, Laura spent two years at a Sheffield-based consultancy developing E-learning programs and workshops for Fortune500 clients. In 2017, she ventured into the tech startup industry, playing a pivotal role in building and growing General Assembly's Enterprise business as a Learning Designer and Product Manager. Her contributions helped in the innovation, construction, and delivery of new scalable learning products. Transitioning to Executive Education in 2020, Laura established the ExecEd Learning Design function at the prestigious Cambridge Judge Business School.
