LaTricia Frederick is an accomplished consultant and coach with extensive experience in talent management, inclusion, diversity, and collaboration. She specializes in helping individuals and organizations lead, learn, and thrive in the workplace. LaTricia has studied for her doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University and holds an MBA in Business Administration from Meredith College.
She has worked as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Cisco, where she provided consulting services in talent management and organizational effectiveness. LaTricia is also the co-founder and former CEO of The Frederick Firm, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College.
Prior to her current role at Cisco, LaTricia held several positions within the company, including Global Inclusion & Collaboration Engagement Manager, Client-Facing HR Manager & Business Partner, and Business Operations Manager / Project Manager. She has also served as the inaugural board member of the National Diversity Advisory Board at North Carolina State University.
