Lashondra Tm is a successful entrepreneur, real estate developer, and marketing professional. She is the founder of the Apartment and Housing Rentals Foundation, and the CEO of Takes a Village 1 INC, a real estate development firm. Lashondra is a former Leadership Council Member of the National Small Business Association, and a former marketing communication manager at Rainbow Beach Park Advisory Council. She has also served as a social media marketing and advertising consultant and an executive assistant. Lashondra is a graduate of Robert Morris University-Illinois, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.
