Larvin Rengasamy

Larvin Rengasamy serves as the Managing Director and Partner at PEMANDU Associates, where he brings a wealth of experience in working with public and private sector clients on implementation and process management initiatives.

With a background in chemical engineering from Malaysia University of Science and Technology, Larvin has been instrumental in leading transformational projects across various countries including Malaysia, Oman, and Djibouti.

At PEMANDU Associates, Larvin played a key role in managing the second wave of Malaysia's Government Transformation Programme (GTP), overseeing multiple National Key Results Areas (NKRAs) and Ministerial Key Results Areas (MKRAs) to drive impactful change across 30 ministries.

Notable among his endeavors was the Tanfeedh program in Oman, where Larvin spearheaded efforts to diversify the country's economy by focusing on key sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, tourism, and energy, receiving accolades from international bodies like the International Monetary Fund for its economic impact.

Prior to his current role, Larvin gained valuable experience in the oil and gas industry at PETRONAS, where he managed downstream and upstream projects and showcased his proficiency in innovation-driven initiatives.
