Previously, Lars served as the Customer Relations - Managing Director at Surwayne.com and honed his skills as a Project Leader and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to this, he held roles at Lufthansa Technik AG as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Deputy Line Manager, and International Projects Coordinator, showcasing his deep understanding of operational complexities and strategic implementations. Lars started his career as a Graduand at LSG Sky Chefs Deutschland GmbH and gained valuable experience as an Intern in Performance and Improvement at Airbus.
