He holds a Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Aarhus School of Business, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.

Lars's educational journey also includes studies in Reserve Officer Leadership training at the Royal Danish Airforce, High School at Vesthimmerlands Gymnasium, and a Business program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Bringing his expertise to the professional realm, Lars is the Founder & CEO of LeanLinking, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.

His prior roles at Wolseley Central Europe as Director of Sourcing & Supply Chain, Sourcing Manager, and at STARK GROUP as Supply Chain Manager and Sourcing Analyst showcase his deep understanding of procurement and supply chain operations.

Before his leadership positions, Lars gained valuable experience as an Analyst at Ennova and as a Student analyst and project manager at Lindberg International.
