Larry Rice
Larry Rice is a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division with over 20 years of military and government contractor experience in law enforcement, criminal intelligence, force protection, and counterintelligence operations.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Excelsior College, Larry has also undergone training in law enforcement, intelligence, and medical fields, honing his expertise in strategic debriefing, internal affairs investigations, and voice stress analysis in intelligence operations.
As an experienced instructor, he has delivered training to military and civilian audiences by leveraging the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) concept to develop curriculum and programs for individuals with varying levels of expertise.
Throughout his career, Larry has held key roles in prominent organizations including Leidos, Greenbrier Associates, Vipre Technology Group, Alion Science and Technology, MacAulay-Brown (now an Alion company), CLI Solutions, R2J2 Consulting, SCIA LLC, DynCorp International, Triple Canopy, Lockheed Martin, and ManTech, covering responsibilities ranging from intelligence analysis to strategic debriefing and training consultation.
