iMatter is a youth-driven organization that supports pre-college aged youth leaders who care deeply about necessary and just climate action to step into their power. Main program focus was supporting youth leaders as they pushed their city and state governments for aggressive climate action

• Led a reboot of the organization while founder was transitioning to advisory role
• Implemented holacracy in 2017, moving from hierarchical organization structure to rigorous self-management approach (moving from Executive Director to Core Team Member)
• Managed exponential growth in youth leaders supported, starting from 10 pre-college youth leaders in 5 cities in 2015/16, to 300+ youth leaders in 150+ cities in 2018/19,
• Built financial support from virtually zero to close to $400,000 annually with a mix of individual donors and foundations
• Secured funding from McKnight Foundation, Patagonia Foundation, Clif Bar Family Foundation, Carolyn Foundation, and Askov Finlayson.
• Developed partnerships with Sunrise Movement, Audubon Society, Alliance for Climate Education, The Wild Center, Climate Generation, the Future Coalition, and Climate Reality Project.
• Youth leaders involved with iMatter appeared in hundreds of local news articles and were interviewed on numerous radio programs and TV shows
• Presentations to city councils were made in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin as well as in Nova Scotia and Ontario in Canada.
• 20+ resolutions adopted, including in St. Louis Park, MN which now has the most aggressive city Climate Action Plan in Minnesota and one of the most aggressive in the country.
• Supported work in Minnesota that led to a youth-drafted Minnesota Green New Deal bill, the first of its kind in the country.

Defined marketing strategy, positioning, product launch plan, marketing communications plan, and staffing plan for this Internet fax startup/turnaround.  Due to inherited capital structure complexities, company ceased operations in late 1998.

x2 Marketing Launch Manager
Special assignment to direct a division-wide, cross-functional marketing team that launched new 56K-modem technology (x2) to Internet Service Providers (ISPs).  Worked on corporate-wide strategy team to coordinate joint service provider – consumer launch.
•	Implemented ISP sales and marketing programs resulting in over 1000 ISPs live (including 8 of the top 10) with x2 in 6 months, a 75% market share.
•	Developed ISP database and sales automation system.
•	Implemented 100-person ISP telemarketing, recruitment, and sales closure process resulting in over 500 new ISP customers in 3 months.
•	Appeared on 20+ radio shows, 5 industry panels, and 3 TV interviews.
