Larry Alder

Larry Alder is a highly accomplished engineer and business leader with years of experience in a variety of industries. He earned his BS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from UCLA and went on to complete his MS and PhD in Aero/Astro Engineering and Electrical Engineering, respectively, at Stanford University. Alder has held multiple leadership roles throughout his career, including SVP of Product and Services at SpaceLink, COO and VP of Product Definition at OneWeb, Ltd, and as Director of Access Strategy and Product Management at Google. He has also served as a Co-Chairman of the Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee and as a Board Member of O3b Networks.

With a background in mechanical and aerospace engineering, Alder's expertise lies in space and satellite technology. His experience leading product development teams at OneWeb, Ltd and SpaceLink has given him a keen understanding of the needs of the rapidly changing space industry. Alder's consulting work has also allowed him to expand his skill set to policy advising and access strategy. He is a well-rounded professional with a diverse set of skills and knowledge in engineering, business, and policy.
