Larry Acosta

Larry Acosta is an accomplished educator and leader who has made an indelible impact on both the religious and non-profit communities. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Management from Fuller Theological Seminary, in addition to a Master of Divinity in Theology from Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Biola University.

Throughout his career, Larry Acosta has worked closely with young people, serving as the President and Founder of the Urban Youth Workers Institute and the Founder and Past President of the Kidworks Community Development Corporation. In addition, he has also worked as an Associate Pastor for Community and International Outreach and Student Ministries at Seacoast Church in Southern California.

Currently, Larry Acosta works as a Lead Catalyst, Multiethnic Church Planting at the Redeemer City to City organization, where he is responsible for cultivating an environment that supports the development and growth of multiethnic churches. He brings with him decades of experience and expertise in leadership, community building, and education, and has paved the way for countless individuals to find success in their own fields.
