LaRon D. Singletary is currently a candidate for U.S. Congress in the NY 25th Congressional District.1 He previously served in the Rochester Police Department and has a background in law enforcement.1 Singletary attended the State University of New York College at Brockport.1
During his time with the Rochester Police Department, Singletary was involved in various community engagement activities. He visited the Genesee Section Roll Call to speak with officers and congratulate one on 20 years of service.4 He also met with Officer Colin Blind to discuss community engagement initiatives.6
Singletary has shown appreciation for his colleagues, congratulating retiring officers and acknowledging long-serving members of the force.5 He has also participated in community events and his class reunion.23
