    Laraine Crampton holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with a specialty in Longevity/Healthy Aging from Yo San University. She also pursued a Master of Professional Writing with a focus on Screenwriting, Technical Writing, and Non-Fiction, as well as a Master of Liberal Arts covering Human Ecology, Ocean Ecology, Genetics, Ethics, History, and Nuclear Science, both from the University of Southern California.

    In her career, Laraine has served as the Dean of the Doctoral Program at Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Associate Director at CHI Health Institute, Instructor for the Clean Needle Technique at the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and as an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Owner at Healing Life Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has also been a faculty member at Yo San University of TCM, an Editor, co-author at Art of Medicine Press, and an Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Specialist at California Hematology Oncology Medical Group.
