Lara Tarvit

Lara Tarvit is an international student from Brisbane, Australia, currently studying at The Ohio State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resources and a Minor in Communication.

She is a member of the 22nd Honors Cohort Program and is simultaneously working towards her Master of Human Resource Management through the Fisher College of Business, set to graduate with both degrees in May 2021.

Lara is a retired NCAA All-American student-athlete who formerly competed on the Women's Varsity Diving Team at The Ohio State University. She has represented Australia at various prestigious events including multiple World Championships, the World Cup, the World Series, and the Commonwealth Games.

Her educational background includes studying Master of Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Lara Tarvit has gained professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Battelle, a HR Intern at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics, and as a Diving Coach at Redlands Amateur Platform and Springboard (RAPS) Diving Club.
