Lara Sellers is an accomplished professional with experience in nonprofit development, education consulting, and athletic coaching. Sellers studied English at Stanford University, where she later served as an assistant women's volleyball coach. She went on to become the head women's volleyball coach and wellness director at Colorado College before transitioning to the nonprofit sector.

Sellers has held various leadership positions at Teach For America, including executive director for leadership development and vice president of regional operations. She also worked as a nonprofit education consultant at ScholarMatch and served as vice president of development at College Track.
