I oversee the company’s focus on alternative payment model strategies with hospital, physician partnerships and value-based programming with ACO and Bundle Programs.  I work with all business lines to focus on the company’s continuum focus.  I am a corporate champion for lowering readmissions, clinical policies, quality, and ongoing education to frontline staff.  I work closely with physician partners and referral sources to coordinate care, improve the patient experience and grow company census.  I have additional responsibilities that include overseeing new company initiatives that target the changing health care landscape, healthcare policy and legislative issues at the federal and state levels. Most recently, I partnered with clinical company leaders to focus on COVID-19 that meet local, state, CDC, and federal guidelines. This included policy development, testing, vaccine and reporting requirements.
