Currently working full time for the recruiting division of Endor Group, I have taken over the desk for relationships with customers and candidates within the Technical Infrastructure & Cyber Security focused domain.  

My role is to identify suitable candidates for the customers who request 2dSearch’s assistance and introduce those interested parties to either a Director or Senior Recruiter at 2dSearch for further consultation.  

In addition, I remain involved in the organization of the events for HR managers that 2dSearch sponsor and are arranged through sister company CMA.

Assisting with recruitment and induction of technical staff into company head office.

Tasked with significantly reducing external recruiting supplier usage, I am responsible for the placement of staffing advertisements across multiple job boards, the initial screening of candidate suitability and recommendation to line management.

Having researched and introduced new systems, I have been able to automate the advertising of vacancies through usage of a Human Resource Management system.  This project has been identified as a significant achievement resulting in my receiving an "Innovation Award" from Management.
