Lane Marks is an ambitious, visionary, optimistic, and intelligent individual with a diverse background in public administration, nonprofit management, economic development, and workforce planning.

Lane holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Tennessee State University, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Dillard University, and has also studied Spanish at the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute.
