Landy Compton is the Regional Vice President of Systems Engineering at Fortinet.1 With over 20 years of experience in Network Security and Systems Engineering, including more than 10 years in management, Compton leads and mentors a growing Systems Engineering organization of over 100 professionals.1

In this role, Compton:

• Works closely with sales leadership to set business priorities across different sales territories
• Provides hands-on leadership and mentoring to Senior Sales Engineers and Sales Engineering Directors
• Identifies and develops methods to improve the entire technical sales cycle
• Determines appropriate resource allocation in collaboration with Sales management
