Landon Browning is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in acquisition, development, and finance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Shea Properties, he oversees industrial, multifamily, and retail acquisitions in Northern California. With an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a MS degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA, Landon has held various positions such as Senior Project Manager at DeSimone Consulting Engineers and Project Engineer at Parsons Brinkerhoff.

Before joining Shea Properties, Landon worked as Acquisition Manager and Senior Development Manager at Lennar Urban, responsible for overseeing the acquisition, finance, and development activities in San Francisco. During his time there, Landon led the development of over 700,000 square feet of residential mixed-use construction and closed on over $450 million of land and multifamily assets.

Landon has also worked as a development consultant, where he managed design and oversaw construction for $1.75 billion of residential, commercial, hospitality, entertainment, and government projects. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California, as well as an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and ICSC (the International Council of Shopping Centers) in San Francisco and the West Coast.
