Lance Moore studied Business Management at LeTourneau University and English Communications and Journalism at Tarleton State University.

He has held significant roles in various reputable organizations, including serving as Regional General Superintendent at The Beck Group and previously as Senior Superintendent at Hardin Construction, Turner Construction, Bovis Lend Lease, and Austin Commercial.
