Lance Hollars

Lance Hollars is the owner of Group One Equipment, a company specializing in developing and manufacturing engineering and shelter equipment for the US Military.

Group One Equipment creates G1 Shelter pieces, which are lightweight modular components that can be used individually or in combination to create various shelters, hammocks, and field solutions.

Their products, such as the G1 Solar Shell, G1 Thermal Radiator, and G1 Extreme Cold Weather Liners, incorporate alternative energy strategies for remote sustainability and enhanced capabilities while reducing energy footprints.

Lance's educational background includes continuing education at Emory University, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona, and studies at Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado.

In addition to owning Group One Equipment, Lance has held positions such as Engineer at 5th/19th SFG (A), Supply at USPFO Colo, and roles on the SOAR Board of Directors focusing on Race Operations, Volunteer Coordination, and Race Direction at SOAR Highlands.

Group One Equipment's MIST Program collaborates with end users in the field to develop mission-relevant gear and solutions.
