Lance Cruz

Lance Cruz is a highly-experienced sales development manager, currently working in the automotive industry at Google. Cruz obtained a degree in Psychology from Wayne State University, and later worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, T-Mobile, and ALDI USA in various roles such as a customer sales representative, intern, and district manager trainee. He also worked at GTB, where he was once a consumer insights analyst, and later became a learning and development specialist and, eventually, a recruitment coordinator. Prior to that, Cruz was also a Spotify campus influencer.

Cruz's ultimate goal is to understand his clients' business needs, as well as their customers' interests and decision-making processes. By combining his expertise with his client's interests, he is able to develop strategies that promote business growth, and improve the overall experience for all parties in the transaction.
