She holds a Bachelor of Architecture & Design from the University of Tennessee and leverages her education to assist clients in making informed decisions in real estate transactions.

Known for her resourcefulness, creativity, and negotiation skills, Lana excels in helping clients achieve their real estate goals by going above and beyond.

With a strong network of Compass agents nationwide, Lana ensures a seamless experience for clients referred to her from other markets.

In collaboration with her husband Franklin Pargh, the duo achieved over $85 million in sales in 2020 and played a pivotal role in establishing the Nashville office of Compass Real Estate.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lana is a bilingual individual fluent in English and Russian, a proud mother of two, and an active supporter/volunteer for various local charitable organizations.
